A legal disclaimer

There will be a 7-day period which will include a free call back visit should the blockage reoccur again on the same drainage line that was initially unblocked. Should this blockage reoccur after the 7-day period, then there will be a charge to reattend the property in order to carry out drain unblocking or surveying services. If there have been any faults found within the drainage system, then this will void the 7-day guarantee.

10% Discount

We offer a 10% discount to Landlords / Estate agents / Businesses / Franchises with more then 10+ properties providing we cover them all. (we may ask for some form of proof)

CCTV Inspections

If we find any faults within the drainage system while doing CCTV Inspections we will advise the customer it needs to be repaired. 

If we attend a Blockage then Inspected it with CCTV to find a fault within the drainage system there will be no 7-day guarantee. we will still advise the problem be fixed as soon as possible.
